This five unit townhouse condominium project was designed to reflect the changing nature of West Los Angeles. Limited space and rising land values resulted in the need to maximize living space in a vertical configuration. Exterior space was created with individual decks at the living and bedroom levels and a common roof-deck shared by all units. The "tower" elements accentuate the verticality of the building, and create a striking image to motorists on busy Barrington Avenue.
